Each writing is a portal, an invitation for me and for you to feel, remember and embody more of the Joy that you Be.
What I have learned about language: Language creates consciousness. Consciousness creates our reality. Change the words and your consciousness reorients itself to perceive anew-from the inside out.
For example, the question: ‘Why is this happening to me?” arises from the victim mind. Those words perpetuate a fixed perception that you are a victim of life circumstances. The next time you hear yourself say this: “Stop! In the name of Love!”
Breathe deep. Feel your belly, feel the feelings that are arising. What is your mind saying? Then literally stand up or sit down or turn around and then speak:
“Thank you! I wonder what gifts await me within this experience?”
This question shifts the deeply habituated question of “Why me?” onto a quest of joyful embodiment. .

One morning, I sat in a dark corner of an outdoor restaurant, slowly eating my breakfast. Looking up from my plate of eggs, I see a vibrant, muscled man rise out of his chair, walk to my table and say: “I just want to tell you: You’re a Boss!”
You, me and everyone we know has one fundamental purpose for appearing “Live on Planet Earth for a Limited Time Only!”- To embody the “ You That You Truly Be.” This is why I have always enjoyed the journey of aging.

A long, long, long, long, long, long time ago
In a land far, far, far, far, far, far away-
In the country now known as China
Lived three brothers.
Their job was to travel
Around the land
And Laugh.
Laughter was their sermon.
